Real Ride 45 or 60

Our signature 45 or 60 minute cycling class focused on delivering an authentic real ride feel on our Schwinn Carbon Blue bikes. Guided by expert instructors to upbeat music, you will be taken through various cycling workouts, such as climbing, racing, endurance rides, and power sprints!  Highly specialized performance tracking during every ride provides the perfect motivation to challenge you to take it to the next level!  Perfect for the outdoor enthusiast and novice riders alike.

Intro Ride 30

This class is for new riders. You'll learn proper bike set up, hand positions, and body positions on the bike and will get comfortable with the settings and use of the bike's computer. The Intro Ride is offered twice a month. New riders are welcome to participate in the Intro Ride as many times as needed to feel comfortable moving into one of our regular classes. Please check the schedule to book your bike or give us a call to schedule a time that is best for you.

HIITRide 45

Maximize your results and take your fitness to the next level with HIIT Ride 45 It’s the quickest way to lose fat, get lean and break through a fitness plateau. In this class we use HIIT protocols of high intensity intervals with short rest periods to burn more calories and increase metabolism. You’ll be addicted to the results. Performance IQ Heart Rate and Power Watts Metrics are used to measure performance results.

Core Ride 45 or 60 

This unique fusion class offers 30 minutes of intense cycling followed by 15-30 minutes of mat-based core training in the fitness studio. Core Ride 45/ 60 is THE workout to increase your cardio AND strengthen your core.

DJRide45

This class is all about the music. The perfect ride to sweat it out on the bike to the beat of some high energy music in our state-of-the-art spin studio in surround sound.  Less emphasis on performance monitoring and more emphasis on getting your groove on. Every first Friday of the month from November until April

Widely regarded as the best cycling training videos in the world, The Sufferfest cycling training videos are now available at Climaxx Cycling & Fitness. intelligently designed cycling training videos with great soundtracks and killer racing footage of riding the Tour de France, Giro d'Italia, World Championships and other iconic races Experience The Sufferefest in our state of the art cycling studio with incredible surround sound. All while tracking your suffering with Performance IQ software.
We also host our annual Knighthood Quest and boasts 6 Knights and Dames who have completed the task of 10 back to back Sufferfest Videos. November until April

Hardcore Strength 60 

Are you Hardcore? Strength training is an essential part a well rounded fitness program. Our Hardcore classes are designed to be time efficient and tough so you get maximum results.
Our Hardcore classes are based on traditional Strength Training protocols focusing on either upper or lower body. Each class uses a mix of Stability Balls, free weights, bands, Equalizer bars and more. Proper form, technique and breathing are a major focus in all classes. All fitness levels welcome. Modifications will be made for beginners.

Hardcore Xpress 45

A cardio intense, total body functional fitness workout that improves strength, muscle tone and endurance in an efficient 45 minute format. No prior experience required, just a hardcore spirit.

Just Core 45

Just core, say no more.
In this class we focus on strengthening the core with prescribed sets of core exercises performed with interval training protocol. A strong, stable core is essential to increase pedal stroke efficiency and power on the bike as well as reduce lower back pain and shoulder tension. This class design follows a prescribed plan based on interval training for the core in a specific work to rest ratio for optimal results.

Stretch & Unwind 45

This 45 minute stretch experience is dedicated to undo the muscular tightness from your daily workouts. Stretching is an excellent addition to any fitness program to improve posture, enhance mental focus, breathe awareness, and to help prevent injuries. 30 minutes of a wonderful zen stretch followed by 15 minutes of guided meditation. Meditation is an incredibly enjoyable, healthy and inspiring way to achieve inner peace.

  • "The training that Climaxx Cycling & Fitness provided enabled me to complete a 1020 mile road bike tour from Land’s End, Cornwall, England to John O’Groats, Scotland in 14 days. I made it up some very steep hills, including The Lecht (number one on the top ten road bike climbs in Scotland), and enjoyed lunch in the ski chalet once I reached the top. I managed to stay mid pack with serious club cyclists. They did not believe me when I said that I mainly train indoors on spinning bikes. They said “you must have kick ass coaches and great classes!"
