Q.  How do I know which Studio my classes will be at?

Spinning and Rowing classes are at the original Climaxx Cycling Studio location, 4 Secord Drive.  All other classes; Just Core, Hardcore Bootcamp, Hardcore Circuit and Stretch & Unwind are in our new location 8 Secord Drive, Studio 2.  Parking is available at both studios.

Q. I've never taken an indoor cycling (spin) class before. What should I expect?

Indoor cycling classes at Climaxx Cycling are designed for all fitness levels. Our free Intro Ride, held twice a week, will give you the opportunity to get comfortable on the bike with proper bike set up in an introductory spin class. 

Want to try this class FREE - message Kathy 905-329-3396 once you have created your personal profile on our website and you will be in!  Be sure to include the date of the Intro to Spin class you are interested in.  These classes fill up quickly, don't miss out!

Q. Do I need special shoes for indoor cycling?

A hard-soled running shoe is fine to begin with. As you become a regular in the cycling classes, we highly recommend that you purchase cycling shoes. The specially-designed SPD cleat on the cycling shoe will allow you to "push through" your class harder, making your workout more productive and your pedal stroke more efficient.

Q. How are classes at Climaxx Cycling different from other places?

All of our classes - spin, rowing and fitness are the most innovative, fun and challenging classes you will find.  We have taken fitness to the next level in Niagara,  and pride ourselves the exceptional on quality of the studio, the attention to details and the care of our members. We have small class sizes and foster a supportive fitness environment for everyone. We also offer the best in performance tracking metrics so you can see your results in real time and track your progress.

Q. How early should I come before my class?

We recommend you arrive 10-15 minutes before your class. All classes start on time. Please respect other clients by being early for class. We start together as a team. 

Q. How do I sign up for a class?

When you are ready to sign up for your first class, simply create a personal profile by signing up on the Climaxx website.

  1. Decide which class you would like to experience - spin, rowing, circuit, bootcamp... or all of them and purchase a package or membership!
  2. Sign in to your account.
  3. Select either the 45 or 60 minute single class option from the register.
  4. Enter your promo code if applicable. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
  5. Reserve your first class and enjoy!

Q. What if I want to cancel out of class?

Simply log into your account on the website, and click "unreserve" under MY CLASSES within your profile. Cancellation of a class must be done at least 4 hours prior to class start time. If cancellation is less than 4 hours before class,  a cancellation fee or class forfeiture will apply. PLEASE NOTE: Cancellations for any 6am class must be cancelled by 9pm the night before or cancellation fees apply.
